Summerfield "village," located just south of State Road 70 off Lakewood Ranch Blvd., was one of the original seven villages when Lakewood Ranch development was first developed. Most of its homes were built in 1995 with the last ones built in 2001 and 2002. It is definitely a family-oriented community consisting mostly of single-family homes although there is one condominium area within the village. There are always Homes for sale in Summerfield.
